Where are iCalmPet International Bundles available?

The six iCP International Bundles are fully digital and available anywhere. Through our PayPro Global selling partner, we are able to collect and remit appropriate taxes to countries around the world.

Which iCP products are available for international purchase?

We have put together six bundles for our international customers, ranging in price and number of hours. There are four dog packages and two cat packages. All int. downloads are for music only.

Can I buy hard goods from iCP internationally?

As much as we would like. iCP Speakers and other hard goods are not available for int. customers. Our six international digital bundles will bring you our psychoacoustically designed soundtracks in an instant.

How much do the iCP International bundles cost?

iCP International bundles begin at $35 (USD) for 3-hr collections to $50.00 (USD) for a 6-hr collection.

How do I receive my downloads?

After purchasing, you will be sent two emails: an Order Invoice and an Order Complete. Within this second email, you'll find digital links that will facilitate your receipt of goods.

All music downloads will be sent in a master zip file. Inside each master file, you will find individual zip files corresponding to each album. This allows you to have access to individual albums to suit your pet's needs. For example, our Cat Lover's Digital Bundle (5- hrs) contains Through a Cat’s Ear, Vols. 1-3, Stimulation, and Noise Phobias – a total of three separate soundtracks. This will allow you to play the calming music of TACE 1-3 and then, when you want to do training with Noise Phobias, you have access to that separately.

How do I use the digital downloads?

The iCP International bundles includes mp3 downloads. Because of multiple platforms and software configurations, iCP cannot advise on compatibility or equipment setup. It is your responsibility to have working gear able to receive these standard digital links and put them into working order.

Can I receive a refund?

Refunds are only available for undelivered digital products due to technical difficulties. Delivery Period: If we cannot deliver your digital goods within two weeks, your payment will be refunded within a week after the delivery period. Digital links are normally sent at the time of purchase.
