Online ordering is done by credit card only. Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express accepted.

Please review all charges and totals before submitting order.

We are located in Oregon, with no sales tax.

ORDERING INFORMATION
There are four ways to place an order: directly from website, by fax, phone, or email.

ORDERING ONLINE:  To order on-line, simply press the “Add to Cart” button on any product page. You may change your order at any time prior to the final sale. If you need to change or cancel your order after it has been  completed, either send us an email at customersupport@icalmpet.com, or call and leave instructions at (800) 788-0949.

ORDERING BY FAX: Our fax line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Fax your order with your credit card information to (541) 488-7796.

ORDERING BY PHONE: Our toll-free voicemail is available seven days a week. Call us at (800) 788-0949 and we will return your call within 48 business hours PST, Monday to Friday. Please be sure to speak your phone number clearly and tell us the best time of day to reach you.

ORDERING BY EMAIL: Send us an Email: customersupport@icalmpet.com. Please include product name, quantity, your name, phone number and address, name and address for order delivery (if different than yours), credit card # with expiration date.

BACKORDERS: Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. We will ship your order as soon as the items are back in stock, usually within ONE week. If it is longer than a week, look for an email with an update on estimated delivery.

2018 Holiday Shipping Notice

Please note that all orders between now and the end of the year may have handling and processing times greater than our typical 72-hour processing time. Tat means your order may take a day or tow longer to arrive than you expect. In any case, we’ll do our very best to make it a speedy delivery.

Cutoff Dates for Christmas delivery:
Dec. 20th, 6am PT for shipping to continental US
Dec. 10th, 6am PT for all other places (does not include customs holds nor expenses)

Shipping Information

Shipping cost is based on both weight and destination and is calculated during the checkout process, using USPS real-time rates.
All orders are processed within 72-hours of placing your order, we ship on weekdays only.
Specific “delivery suggestions” entered in the order notes at checkout will be disregarded, as we have no way to pass this information to your local postal carrier.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Domestic US shipping is by USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Option may be

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All international orders will ship via US Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority Mail International. Customers are responsible for additional fees that may accrue during shipping (VAT, customs fees, duties, taxes, etc).
