ORDERING ONLINE: To order online, press the “Add to Cart” button on any product page. You may change your order at any time before the final sale. If you need to change or cancel your order after it has been completed, send us an email at [email protected] or call and leave instructions at (541) 482-2134.
ORDERING BY EMAIL: Send us an Email: [email protected]. Please include product name, quantity, your name, phone number and address, name and address for order delivery (if different than yours), credit card # with expiration date.
BACKORDERS: Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. We will ship your order as soon as the items are back in stock, usually within ONE week. If it is longer than a week, look for an email with an update on estimated delivery.
Shipping Information
ORDER PROCESSING: Orders are processed within 24-72 hours. Shipping only Monday-Thursday, excluding USPS holidays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:We offer FREE shipping for orders over $75 in the contiguous 48 US states, processed and delivered through USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Order must meet $75 before shipping is added. Orders under $75 will be mailed via USPS Priority or First Class with rates set by the postal carrier. Please expect 1 week for delivery via USPS. Domestic US shipping is USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please note that due to onerous customs and VAT regulations, we currently do not ship internationally. However, our streaming is available around the globe! We can be found on Apple, Amazon, Spotify, and other major platforms. Please make sure you have search for Through a Dog’s Ear, Through a Cat’s Ear, iCalmPet. We have many poor competitors who claim to be us! Another option for purchase of speakers, CDs, Micro SD Cards, and Downloads is through US-based Amazon.com.
WHOLESALE ORDERS: Please allow 3 business days for packing and 4-7 business days for shipping through USPS on domestic orders.
All orders are processed within 72-hours of placing your order. We ship on weekdays only (and not on major holidays).
