There are four ways to place an order: directly from website, by fax, phone, or email.
ORDERING ONLINE: To order on-line, simply press the “Add to Cart” button on any product page. You may change your order at any time prior to the final sale. If you need to change or cancel your order after it has been completed, either send us an email at email@example.com or call and leave instructions at (800) 788-0949.
ORDERING BY FAX: Our fax line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Fax your order with your credit card information to (541) 488-7796.
ORDERING BY PHONE: Our toll-free voicemail is available seven days a week. Call us at (800) 788-0949 and we will return your call within 48 business hours PST, Monday to Friday. Please be sure to speak your phone number clearly and tell us the best time of day to reach you.
ORDERING BY EMAIL: Send us an Email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include product name, quantity, your name, phone number and address, name and address for order delivery (if different than yours), credit card # with expiration date.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING 2018: We are shipping within 24-hrs of orders placed via US Postal Service. The last day USPS tells us for pre-Xmas delivery is Tuesday, December 19th. We ship out of Oregon, so the closer you’re proximity, the faster packages will get to you. We recommend that you order early as we cannot guarantee actual delivery date. As of 12/20, we will have digital GIFT CERTIFICATES available.
Non-Holiday Shipping: Domestic US shipping is by USPS. Please allow 1 week for domestic delivery. International shipping is via USPS air mail, please allow 1-18 weeks for delivery. All orders are processed within 48-hours of placing your order, we ship during weekdays only.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY: Depending on order weight, we ship via the following two methods: USPS First Class and Priority Mail.
EXPEDITED DELIVERY: Please indicate “Priority Mail” on your order. This service takes 2-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: All international orders will ship via US Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority Mail International. Customers are responsible for additional fees that may accrue during shipping (customs fees, duties, taxes, etc).

BACKORDERS: Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. We will ship your order as soon as the items are back in stock, usually within 1 week. If it is longer than a week, look for an email with an updated on estimated delivery.
